Under no circumstances will any warranty or guarantee claims be accepted in respect of products where the defect could reasonably have been expected to have been noticed prior to installation or where the installation is defective or where the installation does not conform to or obey any statutory, regulatory or any other national or local governmental requirement prevailing at the time of installation.
Not withstanding the above conditions, all products supplied are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for the period below, following the date of installation:
Vitreous China & Accessories @ 1 year
Cast Iron & Steel Baths @ 1 year
Hydromassage systems @ 1 year
Brassware @ 5 years
Acrylic Baths @ 10 years
If during the period of guarantee, the manufacturer accepts that a defect exists, then a similiar replacement item shall be supplied by the company at no extra cost to the buyer. The liability of the manufacturer extends only to the replacement of the defective product & does not extend to additional re-installation or material costs.
